Tim Winther, Senior Project Manager, Co-Founder

Tim has over 30 years of experience in the field of construction and masonry restoration trades. He is skilled in all aspects of the work performed by Dominion Traditional Building Group and assures that high standards of the company are met on every project. He is our lead specialist in stone stabilization and restoration projects. He has written our standards of work for our field operations and is our primary employee trainer. Tim manages our field operations and quality control.  

Tim is the Designated Employee Registered with the Virginia Board for Contractors and has his Class A Contractors License. Tim has been the lead project manager of every project completed by Dominion Traditional Building Group.

Tim obtained his Certificate of Construction Management 

from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1999.

● Lead Safe Training 

● OSHA 30 hour training. 

● OSHA 10 hour training.
